1. I had hardly accessed the web site when the phone went from the Surveyor - excellent.
2. As a result we arranged the survey for two days time !
3. Surveyor was Stephen Blackett (EPC Easy) from Richmond who came on time and was very pleasant. He carried out the survey, explained what he was doing and any improvements needed.
4. If we know of any friends who require this service we would be very happy to recommend Mr Blackett.

EPC Price £49.00 including vat ! Your Letting agent will want appx double that price and the EPC or Energy Performance Certificate we produce for youis exactly the same document and is valid for 10 years, your energy assessor can usually have it on your desk within 24 / 48hours max.
